Safety & Compliance
Responsible for ensuring all State, Federal and Local regulations are followed by the company. This position is also responsible for claims and risk management.
Driver Recruiting & Retention
Involves recruiting and retaining drivers for the company by actively seeking out leads and answering questions. Additionally responsible for selecting and on boarding.
Finance & Administration
Manages the company's various accounting processes such as billing, P&L, data processing, cost control, payroll and strategic financial planning.
Maintenance Administration
Management of the company's maintenance and repair functions; controlling inventory reviewing equipment and processing over the road breakdown/repair functions.
